Due to health & hygiene legislation for intimate apparel the following items cannot be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances:
G-strings, panties, briefs, boxers and lingerie sets including them.
Items that have been worn or have the tags removed.
All items are inspected prior to posting to the buyer. As such, returns will only be accepted if the item has a manufacturing fault or defect. If upon receiving your item you find it has a fault or defect, please email us and you will be supplied with a return authorization number.
The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be returned via registered post in the original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the supplied return authorization number.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt of item and if found to have deliberate damage by the buyer to obtain a refund, the item will be returned to the buyer and a return will not be given. Refunds given for faults or damage are at the sole discretion of Art Of Seduction Lingerie and may be refused if the seller deems the damage to be deliberate by the buyer or finds no fault with the item.
No refund will be given for items returned with missing items or packaging. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item we will exchange it for another of the same, style, colour and size. We will then post the exchange item via registered post at our expense. If an exchange item cannot be supplied due to to insufficient or nil stock, we will offer store credit to the value of the purchase price of the item or a refund of the purchase price. Postage costs cannot be refunded.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
